Louise first ventured into the Real Estate world when she joined Tridel in 1989 as a Part-Time Administrator while continuing her profession as an Insurance Broker with Marsh & McLennan, Limited. Juggling two jobs kept her busy; perhaps too busy, but Louise felt this compelling need to continue her relationship with Tridel anticipating a “future” with them. In 1998 Louise saw that future and joined Tridel’s sales force on a full-time basis.
Louise’s first project was the prestigious 123 Eglinton located at Yonge and Eglinton. She wasn’t yet licensed but knew of an opportunity that awaited her. Tridel’s flagship project, No. 10 Bellair was scheduled for its premier launch in September 1999. Since most of these suites would range in the millions, Louise recognized the need to be a licensed Real Estate Agent to bring more value, education and guidance to the prospective clients. While working full-time, mother of two young children, Louise went to school and obtained her license in record time.
